Sanitized rinsing
Rinse hygienically to eliminate germs and bacteria. With certain programs, a Hygiene Care option extends the final rinse and increases the water temperature to 70˚C. We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
What can be returned
- Items must be unused and unworn, in the same condition you received them, with any tags and in their original packaging.
- Fabric must be uncut. Fabric that has been cut to custom lengths at your request cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
- You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email sales@prestigefashionuk.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can put it right.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.
