When will my order be dispatched?
- Orders placed before 10pm (UK time), Monday–Friday are processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 10pm are dispatched the next business day.
- Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched the next business day.
Same-day dispatch vs next day delivery
- Same-day dispatch applies to all orders placed before 10pm (UK time), Monday–Friday – your order leaves our warehouse that day.
- Next day delivery is free on all UK orders over £150 placed before 9pm (UK time), Monday–Friday. On orders under £150 you can choose next day delivery for £6.99.
All fabrics shown online are in stock at our West Midlands warehouse, and our website reflects the stock available on the day you order — whatever quantity you need.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary by location or due to circumstances outside our control.
