Ordering fabric

How do I buy fabric by the metre?

Choose the quantity in metres. For example, if you need 8 metres, select a quantity of 8. Read our full guide to ordering by the metre.

Will my fabric arrive in one piece?

Yes. All fabrics are cut from the roll and sent in a single continuous length wherever possible.

Can I have my order cut into specific lengths?

Yes. Add a note to your order with your cutting requirements and we'll cut it to suit.

Is everything on the website in stock?

All fabrics shown online are held at our West Midlands warehouse, and the website shows the stock available on the day you order.

Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders placed before 9pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 9pm, at the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched the next business day.

What is the difference between same-day dispatch and next day delivery?

Every order placed before 9pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, is dispatched the same day. If you also want it delivered the next business day, choose next day delivery – it is free on orders over £150 placed before 9pm (UK time), or £6.99 on smaller orders.

How much does UK delivery cost?

  • Standard (2–3 business days): £3.99 on orders under £65
  • Expedited (1–2 business days): free on orders over £65
  • Next day delivery: free on orders over £150 placed before 9pm (UK time), otherwise £6.99

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. Europe Express costs £13.95 and Rest of world Express costs £20–£24.95 – both are free on orders over £400. Customs fees, taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also view your orders in your account.

Returns

Can I return fabric?

Unused, uncut fabric can be returned. Fabric cut to custom lengths is non-refundable. Please read our returns policy for time limits and how to start a return.

Wholesale & trade

Do you sell wholesale fabric?

Yes. We supply trade and wholesale buyers across the UK with full rolls and bulk quantities. Send a trade enquiry and we aim to reply within 2 business days.
